We hope you are ready for the new year, because there’s a lot of episodes to illustrate! We have already finished shooting till March (!). I hereby invite you all to help us find footage for the first 1940 episodes.
You can help us by finding public domain photos or videos from the Reuters Archive . The Free Finnish Defence Forces Archive might be especially useful for the Finnish parts of this episode. If you want the urls to all the sources, click here !
For more information, go here . For the leaderboard, go here .
Have you found one of them? Write ‘which of the listed pictures it is’, ‘the url where you found it’ and ‘the licensing situation’.
Happy Hunting!
Cheers,
Joram

Really? Eh, finding any group photos of members of Polska Ludowa Akcja Niepodległościowa will be hard. I can only offer you photos of some members including the commander.
Juliusz Dąbrowski, one of the founders.
Gustaw Herling Grudziński, PLAN Chief of staff. Photo made in NKVD prison 1940
Tadeusz “Zośka” Zawadzki, one of the more famous members of the resistance.
BTW, can I ask why PLAN out of all resistance groups?

From January 1940, this one’s the closest I could get. A rather fun one.
