A party of United States Army nurses, garbed in blue uniforms and caps, arrived in Australia today.

All said they were delighted to be in Australia and were confident the United Nations would “come out tops.”

AEF revives baseball in Northern Ireland

Belfast, Northern Ireland, April 7 (AP) –
United States troops revived baseball in Northern Ireland today for the first time since the last war, when Company B defeated Headquarters Company 10–8.

The AEF paraded in full battle equipment before the game and donated the proceeds to the Air Force Benevolent Fund.
