It has come to my attention, when I was transcribing World War Two channel videos, that the video “Your Thoughts on Our D-Day Coverage So Far - WW2 - Reading Comments” has been made private and thus, inaccessible. I wonder what happened for it to be made private.
I don’t know what happened but i hadn’t watched it yet.
I guess it is because of the part when Indy gets angry at a comment which is basically “Will you guys to do D-day only from an American side. ” and he calls it an extremely stupid fucking question (his words not mine) and mentions the smily face a lot.
Seems pretty rude. I wish to see that clip at least.
do you have the link? I have an idea on how to watch it.
Yeah I would liked to have watched it. Wonder what to make it private?
Try this. It is super slow for me. And does not work without a VPN.
Thanks, Odysee!
Oh… no… they cut it out. The video abruptly ends.
Also it is weird that they disabled comments.
it is at the timestamp 11:25 here.
I liked the vid. The comment was from someone who obviously didn’t see vids.
I am just guessing why they took it down and that part is the only part that I see a “problem” which is why made it private and the cut that part out from Odysee.
He basically rips into the guy instead of just saying no.
Now that the pink Panther started investigating we will soon find out
He really is the meme machine of this forum, isn’t he?
Still better than 99% of the music produced today.
I wasn’t terribly surprised that they took it down – in fact, having watched it I’m surprised they posted it in the first place. Indy and Sparty usually manage to be professional and (relatively) dispassionate in the formal episodes (Sparty less so, but understandable given the horrific stuff he has to present), and charmingly goofy in the informal ones. This rant by Indy was, I’m sorry to say, shockingly unprofessional. This video falls between the formal episode format and the relaxed informal ones, but that comment shouldn’t have been one of the selected items to be answered and if it was done as a joke, it backfired pretty badly.
I only realized the video had been taken down when I saw that my blog post including the video was marked as private yesterday morning.

I’d say one of the big positives of that video, however, was near the end where Sparty shared a funny family story and it was quite interesting to know that he’s a fan of The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.
