There is a very nice video on a channel I watch called How Monopoly Helped WW2 Prisoners ‘Get Out Of Jail Free’ However it A) only covers the board game angle and B) Only covers Europe. So my question is twofold, what were the ways that the various intelligence agencies got supplies to captured troops to help them escape and did such things like the Monopoly trick work in Japanese camps. I ask specifically because I have been unable to find out if the Japanese allowed care packages to be delivered.
