What was the effect of the death and labour camp system on Germany's ability to wage war?

How much did the Holocaust cost Germany to carry out and take away from their ability to wage the war? Was the slave system able to sustain them longer or was it also a drain on manpower as well as diminishing quantity and quality of products? Rounding up so many potential workers and exterminating them or working them to the point of death must have had an adverse effect on the economy and production. Was there any questioning of this lost potential or worry over the quality of work being done?
