What was the affect of lend-lease and other programs on preparing american industry for entry into world war 2?

Hello everyone, I am wondering what was the affect of lend-lease and other programs on preparing American industry for entry into world war 2? For example, The US had been using a cash and carry policy since 1939, and the Two Ocean Navy act of 1940 called for a massive expansion of the US Navy. What effects did these two have on preparing the nation for the war.

It put the US in a good position because your factories were already tooled up for war, at least some of them. There would be less lag time in supplies and equipment as the rest of the economy switched over to war production. This also allowed the US the ability to commit forces much faster then if lend lease had not happened as the stockpile for operations already existed
