Hello Indy and team! What ended up happening to the troops that landed on Bougainville Island, New Britain, etc. after Rabaul was isolated? Was there active fighting on these islands until the end of the war? Were the troops ever withdrawn to other parts of the war, like the Philippines, Iwo Jima, or Okinawa? If so, which troops replaced them? Thank you and congrats on reaching 10 years of making extraordinary documentaries!
