Given all the directives Hitler made, regarding invading other countries, and that the German invasion of Greece is supposed to go through Bulgaria, surely someone in the General Staff must have thought of drawing up plans to invade the country just in case? What if Bulgaria refused passage? Wouldn’t an invasion push them into the Allies?
