VICHY-JAPANESE AGREEMENT REPORTED
Washington, July 23 (UP) –
The Japanese Embassy announced today that it had received a report that an agreement has been reached between Japan and the Vichy government relative to French Indochina.
No details of the agreement were available immediately.
