Is there any significance to the Tamara Lempicka artwork in the background? It obviously has a general stylistic affinity with Reich/Soviet Art Deco, though no more than other Deco fine art of the period, so the atmosphere can be set without using any overt totalitarian propaganda. But is there anything more than that to it?
