My great x3 grandfather was rejected by drafters during the Great War and in 1942. What requirements were there for someone to be rejected by the draft? Like did someone have to be a certain height and/or weight to be in the US military? In the case of my great x3 grandfather it was because while working at a mattress store, and mattress screw broke and impaled his eye making it blind. But there are some other relatives that were rejected for unknown reasons.

Some of the more common medical reasons to be denied service would be:
Pre-existing medical conditions, rotting teeth, age, visible deformities, certain diseases and illnesses were all common reasons to be denied entry into the military.
Add to that you could also be denied entry based on your religion, sexual orientation, conscientious objector, ethnicity, your family name and the colour of your skin could also preclude you from military service.
Remember this was a time of war and many people in every country were patriotic and wanted to serve but hundreds of thousands were turned away from active service for even minor reasons.
Others here could most likely provide a more comprehensive list than I have.
