I have read that Japan (angry at Germany for making a non-agression-pact with Stalin) maintained diplomatic relations withheld Polish government in exile and continued to do that after the pact with Germany in September 1940. Did Germany ever protest against diplomatic relations of Japan with governments in exile at war with Germany?
