I really learned a lot from the Indonesian series you did on their struggle for independence, and of course your series on the Cuban middle crisis. I enjoy all your work and it’s replaced radio in my car. It’s oddly less depressing learning about war and atrocities than it is listening to people complain about trivial stuff and ads… any way I have a few things I know very little about and would like to learn more about and you guys do an even job not a propaganda version. So series ideas I have for you guys are in no particular order
- The nato conflict in Kosovo in 1998/99
- The 6 day war from the Middle East June 5 to June 10 1967
- The East Timor crisis and battle for independence 1999.
I feel all of these are interesting subjects. Unfortunately involve some crimes against humanity and are extremely diverse in regions so Europe, Africa, australasia and the americas all played parts in at least one of them. There seems to be very little mainstream attention to it.
