KENNEDY RETURNS FOR CONSULTATION
Washington, Oct. 15 (AP) –
Secretary Hull said today that Ambassador Joseph P. Kennedy probably would return from London within a week or 10 days for a visit and consultation.
As far as he knew, Hull added, Kennedy will go back to London afterwards.
There have been persistent reports, however, that Ambassador Kennedy would resign after his return here.
