Just by chance I while looking for something else war related and came across this on Wikipedia. I had never heard of him before but it’s not surprising either as every nation has had traitors some more well known than others but in Canada it’s a tough thing to hear about and rarely talked or written about.

I’ve heard of him, but even if he was hanged, he should have been returned to Canada for trial in that case. He was hanged by the British.
