Italy before joining the war

Hi Indy and crew you all do a million dollar job. My question is for Out of the Foxholes is what was Italy doing after the War started and before they declared war in June? Were they helping the Germans, did they mobilize their men for training? Things like that.

As strange as it sounds, France, Belgium, Norway and Sweden were able to order italian made Caproni Bergamaschi Ca.313 recon-bomber planes in 1939.

By May 1940, 5 Caproni bombers were delivered to France.

Caproni was seen as a “friendly” company to allies.
