I feel like the second paragraph is in the clean Wehrmacht territory ,because why couldn’t the Wehrmacht be the same as the nazi party or the SS since they were heavily politicise and commited numerous atrocitiy+participated in the holocaust ? and why the crime of the SS doesn’t apply on the Wehrmacht too
