Hello Indy and crew, my question relates to speculation I once encountered that suggested that another reason the German Army disliked the SS was that they were given priority for new equipment and supply, being the private army of the NSDAP party. Even though their fanatical ideology often led to foolish tactical decisions that wasted that equipment, such as frontal attacks without planning and refusal to retreat. Is there any credence to this. Thanks for all your hard work,
