ANGLER, 98, GETS LICENSE
Sacramento, Cal. –

California has entered its claim to having then nation’s oldest fisherman on the basis of a license issued this year to A. B. Randolph, Riverside Negro. He gave his age as 98 and said he was a slave in pre-Civil War days in Georgia.
