’Impeach Roosevelt,’ asked by White House picketers
Washington, Nov. 6 (UP) –
Seven representatives of two women’s organizations paraded in front of the WhIte House yesterday with signs demanding:
CLOSE THE BRITISH PROPAGANDA OFFICES
The women said they represented “We the Mothers Mobilized for America” of Chicago, and “Women United” of New York and New Jersey.
Seven British sailors watched one of the women wave a sign saying:
DRIVE THE BRITISH FROM WASHINGTON AGAIN
