I got charged $4.50 on 9/26, but I’ve not been given any of my benifits.

@trj82099. I can see you signed up on July 26 and 2nd transaction made on Aug26 and that renewed till sep 26. There is no further transaction update from stripe in Sep. Could you please upload the receipt of transaction here?
