How widespread was the use of IEDs in WW2

Belarusian guerrilla fighters used coordinated IEDs to bomb German railroads in Operation Bagration to derail many German trains. The Finns used incendiary IEDs (Molotov Cocktails) against the Soviets. What other countries/forces used IEDs during WW2.

Everyone in WW2 used what we would today call IEDs.
Fougasses and Flame-Fougasses were used by UK, German and Russian military; and probably others.
The Lewis bomb created by the SAS is a classic example of a WW2 IED.
The retreating German and Japanese forces were notorious for their use of explosive booby traps.
The various partizan forces made great use of them.
IED is a 21st century buzzterm for something that has been universal in conflict since gunpowder was invented.
Basically any troops, regular or irregular, with explosives will create IEDs in a combat situation.
