Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Scott Bosecker and my father was a member of the US Army and served in Korea in the Spring, Summer & Fall of 1952.
In Episode 15 I became aware of the possablity of memorializing an episode
As I watched that episode and Indy started describing Peter in the memorial section of the video, I realized I knew that story already. My father was also in Fox Company, 17th Infantry Regiment at the time Peter was killed.
I am in contact with Patrick Gahagan (he and his wife memorialized Sgt Peter Giulioi) and have shared some information with him regarding his Grandfather-in-Law.
I was given Jake McClusky’s email information by Patrick as he indicated that was his point of contact as he moved forward with the episode dedication.
I have sent a couple of emails to Jake with the information in this post but I have received no response.
I am interested in honoring my father, SGT Richard M Bosecker by memorializing (if that’s the correct term for someone who is, at 95 years old, still living on the family farm in rural southwestern Indiana) an episode of “The Korean War”.
Please let me know what you folks need from me to accomplish this.
