Considering the very bad situation neearby Leningrad faired during the blockade I wonder how the even more isolated and cut-off troops at Oranienbaum were supplied and kept allive.

The Red Banner Baltic Fleet, which still existed - though the major combat units were hemmed in by German minefields. (I know, surprised me too!)
