Over the weekend I watched Goldeneye again (it had definitely been a while since I’d seen it) and I was intrigued to see how the main antagonist, Alec Trevelyan, (portrayed by Sean Bean) had a motivation for revenge from WW2. His family were Cossacks repatriated by the Allies back to the USSR. I hadn’t heard of this incident, and when I looked it up… wow.
