German Pastor who Helped Nazis Round-up Christians-of-Jewish-Heritage with Genealogical Records

There was a Lutheran pastor who helped the Nazis get genealogy records for a number of people of Jewish ancestry, but I can’t think of his name. Does anybody have any idea?
