EX-FASCIST LEADER URGES ABOLITION OF NEUTRALITY

Rome, Sept. 6 (UP) –
Roberto Farinacci, former secretary of the Fascist Party, appealed yesterday in his newspaper, Regime Fascista of Cremona, for the abolition of neutrality and called upon all the nations of the world to take a clear stand on one side or the other in the war.

Declaring that internal conditions in the warring countries are better than in the neutral countries, he wrote:

We want to stress that in such a vast conflict where the interests of small states are bound to those of great nations, the neutrality of this or that state is absurd and smacks of desertion.
