ROOSEVELT TO TALK ON FUTURE OF U.S.
Washington, Oct. 22 (UP) –

President Roosevelt’s political address at Philadelphia tomorrow night will be titled “America Looks to the Future.”

The speech will be made before a Democratic rally at Philadelphia’s Convention Hall.

WCAE will broadcast the Roosevelt program beginning at 9 p.m. tomorrow. WJAS will start broadcasting at 9:15 p.m.

The President’s expenditures, including train costs and radio time, will be paid by the Democratic National Committee.

During his trip, Mr. Roosevelt will inspect defense plants at Camden, N.J. and Philadelphia.
