AL SMITH TO SPEAK ON EVE OF ELECTION
New York, Oct. 31 (UP) –
The National Committee of Democrats for Willkie announced yesterday that former Gov. Alfred E. Smith will wind up his speaking campaign in behalf of the Republican presidential nominee with coast-to-coast broadcast address on Election Eve.
Mr. Smith will speak over the NBC Blue network from 9:00 to 9:30 November 4. Tonight, the committee said, Mr. Smith will make a radio address from Boston 0ver the Mutual System between 9:00 and 9:30.
KQV will broadcast Mr. Smith’s speech tonight at 9 p.m.
