I always find it odd when documentaries do that, apocalypse had that with them being harsh on rommel and speer or not being in the clean wehrmacht while at the same time wanking the tiger or having the wrong portrayal of versailles. Even with this show, the me 262 being delayed by hitler myth managed to sneak in (I’d still say the show’s good despite that and I do think the format gave the advantage of going more in depth compare to apocalypse who I think could’ve talked aout china and burma more, the WW2 week by week show made me learn a bunch about that part of the war).
