Did Axis (or Axis-occupied) countries produce science fiction literature or media reflecting on the (potential outcome of the) ongoing war?

Allied analogies could be e.g. contemporary British techno-thrillers about gadgets winning the war, such as The V Plan (1941), or patriotic US superhero comics, which apparently did have their Japanese equivalent in the form of propaganda mangas.
