Dead mans leg as food on HMS Belfast?

Hi I did visit HMS Belfast and was wondering about menu number 4. Ok I don’t want to make jokes about British cuisine but I am really wondering about the contents :skull_and_crossbones:. This was the menu on the WW2 kitchen, not the one in the actual restaurants.

Thanks this looks a lot better than the mental picture I had. :pray: :grinning:. Some of these puddings have odd names like Spotted Dick served on ferries etc.
