British Empire war casualties from September 1939 to last Nov. 30 totaled 1,043,554, Prime Minister Churchill told Commons today.

The casualties among the Armed Forces were divided as follows:

Canada 78,895
Australia 84,861
New Zealand 34,115
South Africa 28,943
India 152,597
Colonies 28,946

Does this include the airforce and the navy? Or just the army?
