Battle maps in the regular episodes sometimes appear to show Japanese army units with somewhat lower “resolution” (ie. names and locations of smaller units) than their Allied counterparts. Is this an artifact of the historical record or an organizational quick of the Japanese military?

(This is of course assuming that I’m not hallucinating the difference.)

I haven’t noticed this but then again haven’t looked for it either. Do you have any videos to look at this? Thanks
