Are there records of bomber crewmen (on either side of the war) refusing to take part in missions with residential areas as their target?

Are there records of bomber crewmen (on either side of the war) refusing to take part in missions with residential areas as their target?

After seeing the Sabaton History episode on the song ‘Firestorm’ and discussing the bombing of Dresden with a friend, I thought of this question. Surely, there must have been those who saw attacks on civilians as immoral and steeled themselves to receive punishment rather than take part in it. Right?

If anyone did refuse, it would also be interesting to know what happened to them.
