Any views on the TV Series Colditz?

Hi,

Long ago there was a TV Series Colditz about the POW camp. The TV Series like Secret Army was INTENSE and Scary in its own way IMO.

Any views on the veracity and historical accuracy?

E.G for example the episodes of the Commando’s
Colditz TV Series S02-E04 - The Guests

The primary consultant was Airey Neave, a British inmate who escaped. He was later a Conservative MP, and cabinet minister before being assassinated by the IRA.

The drama generally was realistic, even if the plot was dramatized for TV. There was a real Colditz Glider too.
