Request Swiss Foreign Office to ask Swiss representatives in Jap and former Jap occupied territories to give full cooperation to Allied military authorities who have plans for evacuation of POWs and CIs. POWs and CIs should remain in camps in close contact with camp spokesmen until arrival of Allied forces.
