ALL FRENCH HOTELS TOLD TO BAN JEWS

Vichy, France, June 28 (UP) –
The head of the hotel keepers syndicate sent a circular letter to the Vichy hotel operators today saying:

In conformity with orders of the Minister of Interior, I am informing hotel keepers that whenever a Jew asks for a room, they must automatically reply that no rooms are available.

The Vichy government this week ordered enforcement of a regulation cutting Jews off from all commercial contact with gentiles.
