Dear Indy, Russian railway gauge is different from the European one, how did the Germans face this issue during the planning of Barbarossa?

The Russians did not have standard railways for their trains. As the Germans invaded the Russians destroyed all the Russian tracks as they retreated. The Germans were ready for this and had brought German railway commandos. They rebuilt a majority of the tracks to German specifications so they, Germans, could use them.
