As the resident pushy Black person I have to add “The Tuskeegee Airmen”. A HBO movie from 1995. Having Amistad is nice but you know there’s more to us than Slavery.
For those who don’t know these men were pilots and therefore officers in the 332nd fighter squadron. They would escort our strategic bombers into Germany.
