I’m no historian, but I know the basics of World War II. I want to learn more.

My grandfather was with the Soviet artillery, run back during Operation Barbarossa, fought in Iran, then back to the eastern front where he was taken prisoner. I think. My grandmother was the Polish Angel of Mercy in one of the concentration camps, likely within Germany. Once together, he worked as an electrician in an aircraft factory. I’m hoping to learn as much as I can to fill in the blanks.

I love the Time Ghost weekly format, it helps me understand the pacing and what the war must have been like.
